Project goal, need & requirements
We meet with business stakeholders to learn about the brand, business, short-term goals, and project alongside the long-term strategy & vision.
Workshop documentation includes defined customer personas, jobs to be done, and design requirements for key templates.
Workshop 1: Team intro & planning session
Workshop 2: UX workshop dedicated to customer personas, tasks to de bone & overall design requirements.
Customer experience research
To build a customer-centric website, we want to be aware of the current ways users interact with the online store and what frustrates them the most.
Quantitative data analysis - in-depth, segmented data analysis about the site's performance.
VOC collection - on-site polls and surveys to identify missing content or features and refine customer personas.
Current site usability testing - up to 10 user journey tests (5 mobile & 5 desktop) with real users to identify areas of frustration on the current site.
Additional methods tailored to project needs and questions, such as heatmaps or session recordings.
Information architecture mapping
It consists of information architecture for the main templates (pages) in the journey, illustrating suggested content, elements & functionalities alongside examples to be considered for the new site.
The concept is based on knowledge of how the existing page is performing and as incorporates suggestions derived from market trends (competitive & industry research) and best practices.
UX wireframes
High-fidelity wireframes reflect user and business needs. They are blueprints outlining the site's structure, page layout, content, features, and functionality.
Wireframes present the entirety of what we do & do not know about the project at the current moment and are accompanied by notes on expected element behavior, planned extensions, and technical challenges to solve.
Look & Feel definition
Establishing the visual direction by creating a foundational design template that embodies the brand’s identity and vision.
This step involves defining the styles for transactional (e.g., buttons, forms), informational (e.g., headlines, content blocks), and supportive elements (e.g., tooltips, error messages) to ensure consistency and usability. The Look & Feel acts as the DNA of the design, guiding the creation of all UI elements and templates.

Final UX/UI designs are developed following confirmed wireframes and company brand guidelines.
The deliverables include a Pattern Library, a collection of user interface design elements, and final design source files for both mobile and desktop visuals. Additionally, we will provide developers with handover documentation for seamless implementation.
